I think the Rein shield counts as an 'ability randomly used' if they let it break when they didn't need to. That's when it goes on cooldown, and if you let it break outside of extreme circumstances, it's as good as wasting any other cooldown.

Nothing annoys me more than a kiri or bap heal botting. You have SO MUCH dmg potential and you sit there trying to make sure everyone is 100% HP at all times when you could easily do dmg helping secure elims and mostly healing when someone is actually in danger immor and suzu can both be used last second to save people or deny big cooldowns and ults but nah lets see how big the heal stat can get

The way I see it, the tank was just being melted and no amount of pressure as Kiriko is going to save that situation. It's either try to save the dumb tank or try to get picks and let the tank die which will inevitably means you get steamrolled unless you are just godly as Kirko dps - it's a lose-lose situation at that point.

Yeah I just... haven't played ow or mercy as a mercy main due to the dumps. I even try to play MH or QP and get into DPS but I just... can't the heal side of support is just... rough right now I feel very similar to this mercy and am also currently diamond -> gold. The decisions this mercy made is very similiar to what I'd make. I can even bet this person would be so bad ass on kb&m. can see the awkward deadzone movement from console but it's not the players fault. I feel you fellow mercy main. It's rough right now q_q
